Overview

Stockwell Park Trust runs several activities from one busy multipurpose hall. During my visits, I saw paperwork, games, music, dancing and conversations all happening within the same space.

The Trust was preparing to run a homework club for children aged 8 to 11 and has a high population of children with ADHD, sensory sensitivities and other learning differences.

The challenge was not simply a lack of furniture. It was how to create moments of focus inside a room that still needed to remain social, flexible and bring the feeling of being together.
